i know i said in my last post that i was finally blogging again, but lets admit it- i am horrible at writing down my thoughts and feelings. i just dont like sitting down and writing about my boring life!! in my journal i find myself not writing about me but of someone i make up and then i start writing an adventurous story about them. Or i start adding little twist to my life! haha i just cant write about something so boring!! Maybe my life will get more interesting as my life goes on, Jr. High, etc.... maybe my life isnt so boring... maybe what i think is boring is entertaining to you peoples! hmmmm... i dont know. Well im gonna try to keep blogging no madder what. Haha this post is totally pointless. I'm going to post another post about my day today just so i feel like I'm not just on here to avoid cleaning my room :)

Spring Cleaning

I dont think any one in my family saw this coming, but this morning we did the intense, head ache pounding activity of  cleaning out the winter clothes. Kamille has to many clothes, that is for sure. We had buckets, and buckets of clothes to give away to my little cousin Tessa. Even then we had enormous amounts of piles to put in rubber maids and throw into the garage. My mom would argue with that (throwing them into the garage), because everything is strategically placed and labeled.


It feels nice, though to get out all those humungous coats and jackets. Its like the final hooray that spring has actually come to Utah. Now just watch it will probably just snow tomorrow. Because here in Utah all we have is winter. Ok, we have summer, fall, and spring too, BUT summer last like 4 months, fall lasts a week, and I don't think we even have a spring! Honestly if I didn't have such great friends in Utah i would probably run away somewhere where it's warm.


Tomorrow is EASTER! We are having all the Odom cousins over to have an Easter egg hunt!

Recenter Party!

This post may give you some... not so good ideas read with care.


There i was Rosie on my left, some kid who i have no clue what his name is, step out of the ice rink. It's slick and Rosie almost hits her butt, but she grabs her friend and takes her down instead.  After a bunch of giggles we get up, and of we go to find the other gals.

Next we see Monica pulling Kenzie along, of course! Then we see Josie struggling to keep up. Whipping around the corner comes Victoria. Once we all meet up we have Monica pull us along. In the process Monica tried to go 1 footed while pulling 6 girls (caution). We all go tumbling down.

Then we all go off the rink to get drinks. Of course all my friends get Mountain Dew. Dakota, and i think Jamison, bought Mountain Dew, but little did they know... it was DIET Mountain Dew. It was enormously grouse (caution)! Spewing it everywhere, including some girls, he got in trouble.

Then people start going up, down, up, down, up, and down. Until some worker tells us to stop (caution). Oppps! Never do that again. Now to make an already long story short, because this post is getting long.

Then we see this girl who falls. Then her date falls with her, she helps him up and they hug each other. We all start cheering. SO we all got her to sign our arms, Kelsey, it was cool.

Then all the girls went to my house and we had a rockn' late night. With my little brothers friends playing video games and flirting with us.

  Boys are so stupid! Why do they have to be so annoying. They never change. They still act the same way they did in 1st grade. 



  Saying boys are fun, cute, and nice is like saying Lindsey Lohan stopped doing drugs! It's little things like changing their names to Bob, and Billy, to liking VERY inappropriate jokes. I know girls aren't perfect, but seriously we are a little better behaved. 


  Boys behave even worse when you stick them in a small room surrounded by girls, math, other boys, and teachers.

Orange Leaf has the most amazing hot chocolate ever! The have all these cool different flavors. My favorite is the Vanilla. We also got Roasted Marshmallow! MMMM... it's yummy deliciousness.

Why does rain get a cool go away song and snow doesn't. I hate the snow just as much as the rain!
I hate the snow, and maybe thats, because i don't do anything in the snow. I'v never been in a real snow ball fight, i'v made a snow man once, i have NEVER been snow boarding or skiing. Come on i live in Utah aren't we known for our snow? I hate the snow, so if any of you kind loving people out there want to take me skiing be my guest!

I know it seems like a weird place to have my favorite, but i love it. It's an old fashioned diner. My favorite is when my dad takes me there for dinner and we get breakfast for dinner :) For those of you who have never been to Dee's you need to.

The one here in bountiful is kind of by Brats Kids wear, and a barbers shop (that i have never seen anybody ever go to).

day 7- My dream wedding

I'm scared for this post. Courtney (my sister you dummy!) did such an amazing job on her dream wedding post that i am nervous mine will be poop compared to heres. She had everything figured out and she had such detail! Sorry if mine stinks compared to hers.

 My colors would be red, and teal blue.

I would want a spring wedding.

First off we would get married in the Bountiful temple, because its the temple iv been growing up by. After that we would go to some nice place with music and a dance floor. We would have a chocolate station were you can get tons of chocolate, and of course there will be a chocolate fountain! My aunt Bridget had a photo booth and it was a big hit, so i would want a photo booth. One side of the room would be just windows and have a view of Salt Lake City. It will have tons of white flowers! 

My brides maids will wear teal blue dresses, and red shoes.

The guys will wear a tuxedo with a red ties and a white flower pined to it.

My wedding dress will be white with a, and tighter around the corset. It wouldn't be crazy or to simple. It would flow out and not be like a mermaid. It would ruffles and a few beads, but i also like another type of dress. This dress wouldn't be white (I'm not sure what color that is). It wouldn't have ruffles but it would have a flower on the hip, i know it sounds weird, but look at the picture it doesn't look to weird! This dress isn't simple. I think that the whit dress would look better with teal blue and red, but i love the other one! Please comment on witch dress you like better. 

Note that i would make each dress MODEST!

My flowers would be  a mixture of red roses, and white roses (see brides maids picture).

My favorite part of weddings is the Brides shoes. I know I'm whack. I just love it when the bride has cute fun shoes. My mom wore tennis shoes! My shoes will be red high heals. Of course thats only if  i do the white dress.

For the other dress i would do something less colorful.

After all this we would go to Italy for our honey moon

Phone obsessed and a Braves Game

for those of you who don't know i got a phone for my birthday and i am obsessed with it. I would like to apologize to all my e-mailin buddies for not e-mailin as much sense i got a phone. I cant wait for more people to get phones, because then we will all be able to talk more :)

Friday i went to the braves game and it was awesome! It had everything from handing out flyers to Kenzie dropping her phone under the bleachers :) and the lucky people who read my blog will get to know all about it.

I barely pull up in my drive way straight from tennis when Kenzie calls saying that there almost to my house to pick me up from the braves game. Oh, crap i still stink from tennis and everything what am i going to do. I run upstairs change, perfume, and run down stairs to straighten my hair. I start shoveling food into my mouth as my mom is frantically trying to straighten my hair. While all this is going on Kenzie and her mom are waiting outside for me!

When we get to the braves game kenz and i hand out flyers until half time then wander around a while. We find Josie and Catline. We look over and Boon has a bloody nose and isn't doing anything about it! Josie says that if she had a bloody nose she would need an ambulance! While saying this she had her hands over her nose and was shaking her head screaming then over dramatically fell to the ground. It was the best! I almost peed my pants. Oh, speaking of that Kenzie and i are SUPER brave, because we used PORTA POTTIES! We are some brave girls!

At the end of the game kenzie just held her phone because her pocket was to small for her phone and it kept falling out. She gabbed a blanket and i thought that i should take her phone so she wouldn't drop it and i was about to take it when it... DROPPED right under the bleachers screen down (the screen could have shattered!). I was down there under the bleachers grabbing her phone before you could say, " Ow, why did that girl just push me down the bleacher stairs!" Kenzie and i examined the phone, the back had popped of and the batter had flew! We got it all put back together, and there was only a few scratches on the top.

It was an adventures day!

I finally found out what pages are so now i have a different page for a different post. Like if one of my post was about when i was hanging out with a friend it would be on the page that says- Vacations, parties, field trips, etc.

No more Primary- Guess who can visit the temple- Young Womens

On the 15 i got interviewed by the bishop (my 3rd grandpa) to get out of primary! I never thought that this day would come. I can't wait to get out of there! While i was there i asked him for a temple recommend. I get to go to the temple and do baptisms on the 28. The day after my b-day! How awesome is that! I have to go up to the stand next sunday, sadly i wont be here (Mexico) but i'll just have to do it the next week.

Young Womens is going to be so fun. I am so excited i might explode ! If Young Womens any thing like girls camp i know i'll love it. I just wish some of my friends were going into Young Womens.

1 day of swimming with Katie

10:45 to 6-ish katie and i were swimming like maniacs, saying random sounds, and drinking a lot of chocolate milk. We ate LOTS of chips on the tramp. We did silly things down the slide and ignored what ever someone said (mom) for us to do! We had a great time, but what makes it even better is that this was all during the Odom family reunion. My grandpa gave us rides on the golf cart, and my seat belt buckle came undone i couldn't get it back (my grandpa is a crazy driver so this was really freaky). Eventually i got it back and we are all safe!

On the 18th i get to go to... MEXICO!!!!  I can't wait to go. I went to lake Powell and got a lot of sun, but went straight from Powell to no sun freezing girls camp, so as you can guess i am peeling and it is grows. I'm hoping that in Mexico i can redeem my tan (it's all gone because of the peeling problem). The only down side is that i will miss the 1st day of school for Mexico! Personally i think its a sacrifice i am willing to take.

Oh, if anyone is looking for a book to read i would suggest Deep Down Popular. If any one needs it i can lone it out to you.

The Teacher Dress code

i was sitting around the pool with my family the other day when my aunt Bridget said that she had never had "Reliefsociety" arms. Then i started laughing, because i  had never herd that before. Then some one else (i don't exactly remember said, "Well, i have a "reliefsociety" chest!" I started laughing even harder. I remember what my cousins and i always say when we see someone who's sagging, "AHHHH! Teacher chest!" So (buttons) i said, "They aren't reliefsociety they are Teacher." Then we all started laughing. We all came up with a few funny shows they could make about badly dressed teachers (all teachers). Here are a 3:

My mom said, "Well.if they ever say that the kids at your school have to have a dress code you can say, " I'll wear the dress code clothes when the teachers do!" 

The Teacher dress code:

Pants that don't come up over the belly (what are they trying to do. Exaggerate that they are a little more fat there!) We are not having a competition, who has the biggest pooch!

A bra that actually has some support! (saggy+teacher= AHHHHH/ EWWWWW)

Don't wear oldies shoes (you can find cute shoes for low prices at a bunch of stores, it's not that hard).

DO NOT and i mean do not wear things that look like they were knighted and have apples on them ( are you trying to look like you love your job, because by the look on your face it doesn't look like it)

Don't wear your glasses around your neck ( i know it may be convenient, but seriously are yo trying to look like your 80?)

Thank goodness next year i have the coolest teacher in the WORLD! I can't wait to be in Mrs.Pitt's A-mazing 6th grade class.

the latest Kamille

A whole bunch of our neighbors and our family went down to the school to play kickball. When it was Kamilles turn to kick she kicked, but then she just stood there. Mean while a guy who is pretty built and hunts dear every once in a while is running into home. He jumps to miss the ball and bam lands right on Kamille. Of course Kamille is crying. The next day her and i were fighting and she said, "Well, you didn't have a bear hunter land on you." HAHAH. She is so stinking funny.

When she was telling my grandma what happened she said the same thing, "I had a bear hunter land on me!" My grandma called my mom because she couldn't figure out what she was talking about. My mom told her the story. My grandma told my mom you would have thought she was in the woods and was being attacked and then the bear hunter landed on her. Kamille is so overly dramatic... you gotta love her. Fortunately the "bear hunter" only popped 2 blood vessels.

Lava Hot Springs

Lava Hot Springs is SUPER fun. I went with my cousin, Tyler, and my grandma and grandpa Odom. We went in a trailer that was super small, but way fun. Allergies were a pain in the rear up there. We also played cards every night. Grandma was the winner in Scum, but i won Uno and Scrabble.We also drew on a watermelon!

We went 4- wheeling, and my crazy grandpa went off the trail over a river that was way to deep to cross, after that we went up this super steep rock (the rocks were huge). I did not like that. We were going through trees, barely made it past logs, and (as i said before) huge rocks. I think i prefer the road to off trail.

We got awesome Square ice cream! Were else do you see SQUARE ice cream? It was amazing. If you ever get to go to Lava Hot springs go to the ice cream place that has square ice cream. Even if they'er not doing square ice cream any more you should still go.

We also went down the super swift, rock, low, water fall infested stream. There was only, like 1ft of water. The first time that we did it we all when down together in a 4 tube (a giant square with 4 holes), that was the right choice. When ever we came to a narrow waterfall (there was only 2 really big ones) you would go down the safe way, because my grandpa would steer us. The 2nd time we all went down in singles, bad mistake. My grandpa tried to go down the HUGE waterfall. He went down the wrong way, and flipped. He lost his nice sunglasses and his favorite hat. After his arm was scratched. He told us that the water was so shallow that when you hit into the water you smash against the rock and the water keeps you down. We thought that he was just overreacting, but we soon learned that he wasn't. We started going through the fast rapids when out of no where (i was facing back wards) a really steep, narrow drop came. I hit the narrow part and flipped out. The water was pushing me down, plus i was belly sliding along the sharp jagged rocks. Luckily only my knee was killed. After i came up the water was pushing me along, so i couldn't stop to get in my tube. Instead i just stuck my head in through the tube. My legs were dragging behind me and getting a little scraped up. My cousin Tyler did the exact same thing except for he lost his tube and had to jump onto my grandpas. my Grandma never flipped over! LUCKY HER :) The 3rd time we went down in a 4, but i couldn't enjoy it because i was terrified the whole time.

P.S I am going to put pictures on... as soon as i can get them off my camera.

Book

I'v been writing a book lately... go a head laugh at me and call me a dweeb, but it's true i write books. I have been working really hard on it, but i don't know if its any good, and no i am not fishing for complements. I just don't want to spend $250 publishing, and going through the whole process (yes it does cost that much). I'm not done yet, but it's still a couple of pages. I don't want to post it because that would take a lot of room, so if you want to e-mail me (http://odomkaylee@gmail.com) i'll give it to you.

From boring to go, go ,go.

This past week has been relaxing, no tennis or anything, but this next week is going to be GO, GO ,GO! I have tennis Monday, Tuesday Wednesday, and Thursday. From 1:00 to 3:15. It's going to be awesome. I also have a hike for Young Women's, i only get to go because its certifying for camp. I finally get to go this year :) Then i also have an Orthodontist appointment. The 1st one sense i got my braces. I'm hopping to hang out with some friends on one of the days, maybe more then once. I also hope to get some reading time in. On friday i spent the whole day reading Revenge of the Wanna-bees. It's the 3rd Clique book. I read like crazy and finished it by 8 that night. 296 pages baby! You've got to admit thats a lot of pages for one day. I think with having all this tennis i'll experience a fraction of what Courtney does. Oh, speaking of Courtney she is back from E F Y and she LOVED it :) Mom is good, Dad is fine, Colby and Kamille still are killing each other and i am loving my life :)

SUMMER

it's finally her, SUMMER. IT's the 3 months you look forward to all year, the 3 months when it's the hottest, and no school. The first week i have been sick, gone to all a $1 (for Kamille), went to the library (yay, my favorite), and spent all friday reading. It's been a great first week, except for the faked that it was only warm like one of the days, it's raining! What the HECK it's summer! You can only sing and dance with friends in the rain! You can't dork around on the electric scooters, swing, jump, or read outside. I am soooooo done with the rain. My mom hired our neighbor (well, kinda) to help her out with Cooper this summer. I could help with him, it's just i don't want to constantly be with him.

Courtney is gone to E F Y in St.George she should be coming home any time now. I don't see Courtney in the summer all that much, she has dance constantly, but it's just like it was in the fall & winter you see her for 10 min then she's back out the door. Oh, well i have Colby, and Kamille. :( / :)

Throwing up is not very fun

My cousin, and i had a fun 3 days planned out. WE were going to get up early go play tennis for 2 hours, then we were going to swim in g-ma's pool. After that we would play more tennis, get back shower, and sew. All that changed when my stomach started hurting. We had only been doing this schedule for 1 day, then at 5:30 i start barfing. There goes my awesome 3 days with my cousin. I'm just glad i don't have to miss any tennis lessons. I feel super bad because my aunt had to take my cousin home. I went home to find that everyone was at my brothers b-ball game. I'm crying, throwing up, and starving but scared to eat. I am/ was (considering what time your reading this) miserable. I hope the next few days will be better.

:( 3 hour tennis match :(

I am sooooo freaking tired! I played tennis for 3 hours strait. Plus the sides of the tennis courts weren't open, so it was SUPER hot musty and smelly from all the sweat. It was not fun. There was a lot of drama at school today, and i didn't win my tennis match :( it just wasn't my day.

Tennis match information:

score- 6-4, 6-3. i won a set and she won a set. Keep in mind that there is only 2 sets in the game, but there can be if both people win a set. Her, and i both won a set, so we played another one. She won this one 6-0. I did really good and in every point we were tied (deuce). Eventually she won :( Oh well! :) i got in top 4 in my age category, out of 20 people! Thats the highest i'v ever gotten in a match! It was funny because i'm friends with 3 out of 4 people in the top 4.

P.S can's wait for 6:30 tomorrow!

i played another tennis match. It was SUPER fun! i won, so if i win the next one i get to go to the finals. That would be SUPER fun/ scary. The score was 6:1, 6:2

Moab baby!

Guess where this lucky girl is going tomorrow (friday) at 7:15... MOAB! I have the privilege to go to Moab with all my Odom cousins on a fab-tastic g-kids (grand kids) trip. The only thing Tuesday night i don't have time to relax after school, because that night i have another tennis match. Wish me luck! I hope it gets SUPER warm when i'm there. Hopefully around 95- ish. I'v never been to Moab before. Whats it like? I don't even know what state its in!

Crying in class is WAY embarrassing

today in class we watched a WWII video. It was way sad. This one lady was talking about how she had to do the death marches, and how they would all hold hand. It was 4 across. Then my teacher was like, "picture yourself walking in the bitter cold no shoes. And having 1 of your 4 best friends die, and have to let them go and have people walk all over them behind you." I started crying! I was soooooooooo embarrassed. Then it showed pictures of dead people! I was sick to my stomach. Worst thing that ever happened during school. I even cried during black beauty!

Tennis Match... a success!

I was VERY nervous for my tennis match today. I do good in the classes, but i freak out when i play matches! Plus my G-parents (grandparents) came to watch. I had to win! Oh, my dad also came. The girl just started serving right then. What happened to warming up? I was cool with it, though. The sooner we get started the sooner i can be done. The first match i won 6-4. Second match was 6-2. It was a close game. The other girl was really good. I feel great about it now. I have to mention that i did have home court advantage. I was playing on the same side, and the same court that i do my lessons. That really helped me relax. Not to mention DeeDee Nelson (if thats how you spell it), the best tennis coach in the entire world, watched me for i while. I LOVE DeeDee. She's great at tennis and my aunt Bridget's friend (they use to be room mates). I won... YIPPY! Wow, this post is really braggy, i don't mean to brag. Ah, dang it that doesn't help me not sound rude!

Why,Why in the world is it snowing? I hate the snow. Does any one remember it ever snowing this late? Its soooooooooo irritating! :(

My brother thinks he can out eat me in a hot dog eating contest! Silly little him. He doesn't know that his big sis' eat 7 pancakes the size of his huge head. Silly little him.

2 more additions to the Blaser family

Wow, i have 2 pregnant aunts! When did this all happen. Rachel, and Bridget are both due on the same week. I think... no promises! The only thing is... THEY BOTH LIVE FAR AWAY! How am i suppose to make an impact on their kids lives when i can't ever see them all that much! Their kids will barley know me. I can't wait to have 2 more additions to the HUGE Blaser family (that everyone seems to know!).
